Returns & Exchanges
Our policy in simple terms…
The following terms apply to both in-store and online purchases:
- No returns or exchanges for ANY fiber or yarn products. Due to the fact the products are exposed, we are unable to take them back once they leave the store.
- Needles, Hooks, and Notions may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY if the package has NOT been opened or tampered with in any way.
- No refunds for shipping will be given, regardless of the scenario.
- Online orders that are lost during the shipping process will require Twilight Fiber & Yarn to file a claim with UPS. This process may take up to two weeks to get resolution from UPS.
- For online orders, customer is responsible for shipping of the product back to the store, unless the issue was due to Twilight Fiber & Yarn sending incorrect items that were not ordered.
